Gov't Drops Writeways Research Services
To all.
I have just received the attached. All veterans who had had their
disability claims rejected by DVA from a Writeways Report are to re-submit
their dp claim again. Writeways, an organisation of senior Navy, Army, and
RAAF grunters [mostly CAPT RAN Equiv] were hired by DVA for the sole
purpose of doing a report that would amount to the veterans’ claim being
rejected.
These Senior Officers should have known better and may I suggest a class
action be taken out against all of them by the veterans’ whose claims were
rejected by DVA based on Writeways evidence. It really says a lot for DVA
who have NOW lost all credibility within the ESO community as DVA instigated
the contract with Writeways. DVA took the word of fraudulent reports from
Writeways to reject veteran DP claims.
