At 1000 Monday 19th October, 2015 at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.

A Plaque remembering the crews of H.M.A.S. Brisbane will be dedicated into the Naval Memorial Garden Wall.

All ex H.M.A.S. Brisbane crew members are cordially invited to attend this dedication ceremony.

Suitable smart casual clothing with medals.

It will be 14 years to the day the ship was decommissioned from the Australian Fleet.
